Customer Notice: Unclaimed Balances

In Accordance with Section 119 of the Financial Institutions Act, 2004 (as amended), NCBA Bank Uganda Limited wishes to inform its esteemed clients whose details are shared on the bank website that their accounts have remained dormant for over two years. Should any of the under listed clients wish to reactivate his/her/their account, kindly contact your domicile branch. All unclaimed balances will be transferred to the Central Bank in accordance with the law.
