MTN Mokash Dormant/ Recycled Accounts
By Section 119 of the Financial Institutions Act, 2004 (as amended), we wish to inform our esteemed clients whose details are listed on our website ug.ncbagroup.com/news-and-insights/ and MTN Website mtn.co.ug that your accounts have remained dormant.
This serves as a notice for you to visit any MTN service Centre with a valid copy of your national ID card to claim any Mokash savings balances held.
All unclaimed balances will be transferred to the Bank of Uganda after a period of five years by law.
